Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Trainee Resourcer to join our team in Guildford. You will be responsible for assisting our consultants to find and attract top talent in the construction industry. Your day-to-day tasks will include sourcing candidates on job boards, managing job postings, pre-ecreening candidates and interviewing candidates over the phone.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency

Highly organised with good time management skills
