We have a unique opportunity for a trainee recruitment consultant to join our established team in our Bodmin office.
We have been covering Cornwall from our from Plymouth office for over 22 years providing workers to the construction industry, we have now established an office in Bodmin to cover the Cornwall region.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic and be willing to learn. No specific previous recruitment experience is required;
Your initial role will involve assisting the recruitment consultants in their daily duties, including resourcing and registering candidates, seeking references, placing job adverts, filling vacancies, obtaining candidate compliance and other associated tasks, whilst learning the key elements of the sales role.
We offer ongoing training & development with a structured training program to prepare you for genuine career advancement and the opportunity to develop within a sales recruitment consultant role. This will include office based phone sales recruitment and field based work. Having completed your training you will be allocated your own sales desk to canvass for new business opportunities and manage existing clients.
We offer a competitive salary and unlimited commission potential once you have progressed to the sales role.
The successful candidate must be computer literate, have an excellent phone manner and be able to perform in a fast paced environment. Previous office or sales based experience would be beneficial.
Full time hours (Monday to Friday). No weekends.
Own transport required.
Salary negotiable dependant on experience.
