Senior Cost Consultant

We are working in partnership with a highly respected independent property consultancy who are looking for an experienced Cost Consultant to join their team in Bristol or London.

The team works with commercial property investors, developers, owners, and occupiers to deliver a full range of construction projects, from refurbishment schemes to new build developments, across the UK.

They cover all aspects of cost consultancy services on projects and are retained by a wide range of clients across all sectors.

Their consultancy team have an immediate requirement for experienced Cost Consultants / Seniors / Associate Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.

Experience acting as Employer’s Agent on design and build projects would be an advantage.
