We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team! This is a flexible admin role for a keen candidate with room to grow in the Recruitment World.

You will be part of a busy, fast paced sales team establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with candidates. You will attract new candidates using various techniques including outbound calls, marketing, advertising & using social media.

If you’re a keen organiser with a proactive mindset, this could be the role for you. The ITS office is bustling with activity, we need an upbeat team player to manage customer enquiries, contact candidates, organise the office, and more.

A confident telephone manner, a can-do attitude, and the ability to problem-solve are all musts. We’re open to candidates with any range of experience, but you’ll need to demonstrate the ability to self-manage and motivate.

Due to expansion and a booming industry within our Bristol office we are now looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to assist with the development of the Bristol & Somerset region & generation of new candidates.

What essentials we need from an Office Administrator?

  • Someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious.
  • Someone who has a good standard of general education & ITS skills. Driving License is preferred but not essential.
  • Most importantly we need someone who loves to have fun and enjoys being part of a fast-paced sales environment with colleagues who have a similar drive to compete and work with.

Pay:

Range of pay is subject to age and experience, with many additional benefits and a PAYE scale to increase over time.
