Overview:
On behalf of our Client ITS are recruiting for a site-based Office Administrator for a leading Tier 1 construction contractor delivering complex and high-profile infrastructure and building projects across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to support the efficient running of our project. This is a crucial role, ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration and coordination of site based activities, working closely with the site management team, subcontractors, and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the site team including document control, meeting coordination, and filing
  • Obtaining STAT Plans
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all administrative queries on site
  • Maintain accurate records of site documentation, drawings, permits, and reports
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflow
  • Manage site-based HR documentation including timesheets, inductions, and training records
  • Organise and coordinate site meetings, take minutes, and distribute actions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
  • Support procurement activities such as ordering materials and managing delivery records
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of progress reports, health & safety records, and quality assurance documents
  • Provide reception duties on-site when required, including visitor management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft OAice Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
