Our client, an established and highly respected consultancy, currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Graduate Construction Project Manager to work on a range of Hotel / Leisure projects nationwide.
Ideally you will bring with you some experience in delivering construction project management services on refurbishment and refit projects working from inception to completion and be comfortable in a client facing role. You will be self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
The successful candidate will visit sites across the UK, schedule client meetings to discuss project updates, tender contracts, and engage in Contract Administration duties.
You must have your own transport and be willing to travel nationwide.
You will have a RICS accredited degree and be working towards professional accreditation with the RICS, APM or CIOB.
