Energy Assessor/Coordinator
I am currently working in partnership with a leading Property and Construction Consultancy. My client is looking for an experienced Energy Assessor and Coordinator to join their Bristol team.
Role and responsibilities:
– Carrying out Condition Reports.
– Conduct on-site assessments of existing buildings to evaluate energy performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
– Collect and analyse data on energy consumption, building materials, and systems to assess energy efficiency opportunities.
– Utilise software tools and modelling techniques to calculate energy usage and potential savings.
– Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and cost estimates for retrofit measures.
– Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement energy-efficient retrofit plans.
Experience and skills required:
– Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment.
– A full UK Driving License with access to own vehicle.
– Experience working alongside the PAS2035 Framework.
