Building Maintenance Contracts Manager
Position: Building Fabric Contracts Mananger
Start: ASAP
Location: 75% Office-based in Sutton 25% on site/client visits
ITS Engineering are currently partnered with a Surrey-Based Multi-Disciplined Property Maintenance company, who are currently looking to recruit a new building fabric Contract Manager.
Having recently been awarded a maintenance contract with one of the UK’s Leading property management companies, our client are now looking for someone with a strong building fabric back ground to lead and manage a team of 6 fabric Engineers across the South East.
The fabric works will predominantly be in restaurants, hotels, pubs and brasseries.
Duties:
- Managing a team of supervisors and engineers for a 24/7 operation.
- Overseeing all budgetary requirements for the contract including P+L management
- Introducing cost saving ideas and initiatives to ensure we can remain profitable whilst ensuring a lower impact on our environment.
- Day to day delivery of all key SLA’s + KPIs for the various contracts ensuring we can mitigate and report on the data.
- Monitoring of all compliance & QSHE for all contracts.
Package:
- Salary – £50k to £55k DOE & Qualifications
- Company Car Allowance 5k
- Holidays – 21 Days + Bank Holidays
