We’re looking for a Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer to join our Blue Collar Construction team at ITS Building People in Southampton.

🔹 The Role

As an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll take ownership of your own network of candidates, focusing on temporary placements within the construction industry.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new candidates.
  • Attracting and sourcing high-quality candidates using advertising, social media, and proactive headhunting.
  • Working closely with our dedicated Consultants to match candidates with roles.
  • Driving sales activity to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

We’re after someone who is:

  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, and ambitious.
  • Motivated.
  • Confident on the phone and skilled at building relationships.
  • A driver with a full UK licence (preferred).
