Administrator
We are working with a highly respected, privately-owned house-builder who delivers high-quality homes across the country.
As part of their ongoing expansion plans, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join their Bristol team.
In this role you will be providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support
- Maintaining accurate records
- Filing, scanning, and uploading documents
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors
- Managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
- Coordinating inductions for new staff and subcontractors.
- Handling day-to-day office duties such as ordering supplies, managing calendars, and organising meetings.
About you:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
