We are seeking a full-time Trainee Resourcer to join our team in Guildford Area. You will be responsible for assisting our Recruitment Consultants to find and attract top talent in the construction industry. Your day-to-day tasks will include sourcing candidates on job boards, managing job postings, pre-screening candidates, and interviewing candidates over the phone.
