Recruitment Resourcer
ITS Building People in Bodmin is a well-established Construction recruitment agency with over 20 years’ experience supplying Trades, Labour & Management staff to clients in Cornwall.
We are part of the wider ITS Group established in 1973 with a network of UK offices.
We are looking for a Part Time, Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to join our successful Trades & Labour team.
You will play a key part in supporting the sales team in a busy faced paced environment.
The job role includes:
- Advertise live roles by drafting and placing adverts on multiple job boards.
- Register candidates checking references, qualifications and right to work compliance.
- Make outbound calls to assess candidate availability and take inbound calls.
- Develop a good understanding of the candidates and the various roles and skillsets.
- Utilise our database to upload information and track candidate availability.
- Administrative tasks to support the sales team.
The essentials we need from you:
- An enthusiastic hard-working team player
- A good standard of general education and IT skills
- A confident telephone manner
- Previous admin / office experience is preferred.
