Senior Quantity Surveyor – Main Contracting

Location: Birmingham

In this role you will be responsible for taking charge of all commercial aspects of each development. Managing costs for each site and making sure that all targets are met. You will typically be allocated to a variety of sites whether it’s the type of construction that changes, the pace in the job or the size of the project.

  • Quantity Surveyor or Surveyor experience with
  • Knowledge of cost control systems and valuation reporting.
  • Current CSCS card or equivalent is desirable
  • RICS Professional Membership
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying desirable
