Recycling Operatives – Nursling

We are currently recruiting Recycling Operatives to join a busy waste and recycling facility based in Nursling. This is an excellent temporary opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for full-time work with an immediate start.

Pay & Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 07:00am – 5:00pm
  • £12.71 per hour
  • Saturday (optional overtime): 07:00am – 12:00pm
  • £19.00 per hour

Duties Include

  • Working on a recycling picking line, sorting commercial and domestic waste.
  • Separating recyclable materials such as wood, metal, cardboard, and plastic.
  • Loading, moving, and handling materials safely.
  • Ensuring recyclable items meet processing standards.
  • Following all health and safety procedures and wearing the required PPE.
  • Reporting hazards and working safely around plant machinery and equipment.
  • Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
