Job description – Recruitment Consultant

An exciting opportunity has come about for an individual to join a vibrant recruitment team based in Guildford. ITS Guildford are looking to grow our Guildford Team with a new Recruitment Consultant.

Our sole focus is on the Construction Industry with supply of all temporary trades and labour operatives.

ITS have almost 50 years experience looking after the biggest names in the construction industry. Dealing with the most prestigious names in Housing, Commercial and Civils.

What are we looking for?

  • Someone who can maintain and build relationships at all clients and candidates our business is involved with.
  • You must be a motivated and driven individual – ITS have all the experience and tools for you to succeed, but you need to be the drive to push that even further!
  • You must enjoy and thrive within a competitive team environment.
  • Sales experience (whether it’s face to face or on the phone)
  • You must have a full UK driving license in order to use our Pool Car to go and meet Clients and Candidates.
