The role & about the client:

ITS Engineering are currently representing a well-respected M&E/Facilities management company, who are recruiting for a Mechanical Manager to work on a 5-month Mechanical Fit-out Project in Ramsgate, Kent

Essential Qualifications/ experience required/ specific requirements for the role:

SMSTS

First Aid

Deliver to a complex programme of works for

Temporary works

Strip out works

Fire alarm installations

Power installation

Chilled water installations

Heating installations

BMS installations

Including:

Site coordination of trades

Site health and safety

Full liaison and communication with the client team providing daily and weekly forecasts
