About the Role

ITS Property Maintenance are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Qualified Electrician to join our growing team, covering Hull and East Yorkshire.

This is a mobile role involving a mix of electrical installations, responsive day-to-day repairs, and remedial works across domestic properties. You’ll be working within a supportive team, delivering high-quality services to our clients while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a range of electrical installation works
  • Complete responsive maintenance and day-to-day repairs
  • Perform fault finding, inspection & testing, and remedial works
  • Ensure all work complies with current IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
  • Deliver a first-time fix approach where possible
  • Maintain accurate records and certification
  • Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • ECS Gold Card (Electrician Grade) – essential
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • C&G 2382 – 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing
  • Full UK Driving Licence
