Electrical Quantity Surveyor
ITS M&E are looking for an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join a large and forever expanding electrical contract firm. Our client provides services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Southern England and has been a provider for over 50 years.
The role of an Electrical Quantity Surveyor
- Working closely with electrical contract managers, project managers and site engineers to ensure projects are being delivered on time and within budget
- Managing and preparing monthly cost report
- Financially managing electrical contracts
- Examine/analyse of budgets and estimating change where necessary
- Assist with the completion of O&M Manuals
- Management of the estimating department
- Assisting with bringing in new tenders and new projects to the business
- Attending site visits where required
- Creating, maintaining and developing good relationships with new and existing clients
The ideal candidate will have
- Good electrical knowledge
- ONC, HNC, BSC or Similar in Quantity Surveying
- +2 years experience as an electrical quantity surveyor, or within a similar role
- Full UK Driving License
- Recent Work References
- Right to work in the UK
