Electrical Contracts Manager
ITS M&E are looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join a large and forever expanding electrical contract firm. Our client provides services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Southern England and has been a provider for over 50 years.
The Role of an Electrical Contracts Manager:
- Manage and deliver contract targets
- Manage/budget projects and estimate change where necessary
- Monitor/budget profit levels
- Review and management of sub-contractors/suppliers and process invoices
- Build strong relationships with existing and future clients and secure future projects
- Ensuring KPI’s are achieved and adhered to
- Management of site staff and ensuring issues are dealt with professionally
- Ensuring management reports are produced in a timely manner
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
- Assist and solve any queries risen on site
- Attend any meetings on site when required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- SMSTS/SSSTS or equivalent site cards
- 2 Years’ experience as a Contracts Manager or within a similar M&E role
- Relevant Electrical qualifications
- Good experience and knowledge of electrical installations
- Strong management, communication and people skills
- Full UK Driving License
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Recent work references
