The role & about the client:
 
On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are recruiting for a Site Manager to join a reputable civils construction company based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track record of delivering projects throughout the project lifecycle within a technically complex and dynamic environment whilst ensuring high levels of safety. 
• Experience working to deadlines
• Experience of managing a team 
• Coordinate activities to run smoothly 
• Keep daily site records including reports and inspections 
• Ensuring equipment is used and maintained properly 
• Raise and resolve site based delays or challenges 
• Participate in safety briefings and inspections 

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
• Strong technical understanding 
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the civils sector and water experience
• The ability to develop, manage and maintain successful relationships, both internally and externally. 
• Management Level NVQ or equivalent. 
• Relevant tickets- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
