We are working exclusively with a well-known regional contractor who are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team in Bristol.
You will have experience of undertaking tenders valued £1m+ and will be an enthusiastic individual who is able to understand a customer’s key criteria and ascertain what areas of scope can be engineered to provide best net bid opportunities

The role:

* Check and confirm receipt and completeness of tender documentation
* Engage with supply chain members to ensure a robust compliant tender response
* Produce and coordinate information for tender settlement
* Consider alternative methods of carrying out works to develop a competitive edge
* Liaise with design team members to ascertain pertinent design information
* Attend launch, review and adjudication meetings equipped to explain the works elements, highlighting both risk and opportunity and providing confidence in the net build cost
* Provide cost and construction proposals
* Draw together tender information, handing it over in a coherent fashion and ensure buy in from project team
