Site Manager – Milton Keynes

ITS Recruitment Agency are looking for construction Site Manager for the start in Milton Keynes. You will be working for a national builder on a commercial build, making sure there’s always a high end finish throughout. You must have experience in commercial builds to give that quality finish and making sure drawings are adhered to.

The role of a Site Manager:

• Taking control of ordering materials
• Making sure the contractors on site for Carpentry, Painting and Decorating, Tilling, Plastering etc are working to the drawings and at the high spec as required
• The CM / PM will over see this with you due to the size of each plot
• Monday to Friday and Saturdays

Requirements for the Site Manager:

• SMSTS and 1st Aid cards are essential
• Transport is essential
• Other tickets will be beneficial.
