Our client, who is a very successful national contractor and is looking for a Site Engineer to join their busy team in Oxford area.

Salary: £80,000 plus package for ideal candidate.  

This Site Engineer will be joining a multi-disciplined and thriving company, on a permanent basis.
Ideally you are a time-served Site Engineer with the experience in groundworks, deep drainage, kerbing and earthworks, 278 works, setting out and someone who is willing to travel between several projects’ sites on an ADHOC basis.

Key responsibilities for this Site Engineer role:

• Understanding of how Housing & Residential Schemes.
• Assist the Site Manager with daily on-site tasks
• Ensure the efficient control and dissemination of all technical information needed for the project.
• Topographical surveying, mapping out corners and producing drawings
• Maintain a site diary/log of daily activities.
• Monitor and enforce quality and work standards on site.

The ideal candidate:

• Degree educated or equivalent
• Main contractor or Subcontractor background
• SSSTS minimum PREFERRED
• UK driver’s license – willing to travel to sites
