Estimating electrical & mechanical fit out, services.

• Engineering background considered a plus but transferable skills from other sectors makes this role a strong possibility, but the construction industry sector relates well to this opening.
• Good to better knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems include areas such as HVAC, UPS, Tx Generators, Switchgear, again a plus.
• Tender documents – identify risks & opportunity – experience of reading spec.
• Quotations
• Working as part of a team with design and the project team
