Sarah Boyle: Chepstow’s 50km walk
On Saturday 27th May, our Construction Professionals team (myself, Simon Vowles, Craig Lodge & Carrie Bennett) in the Chepstow office walked 50km, which started from Brecon and finished near Pontypool walking along the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal.
It took over 11 hours on a very hot day and we ran out of water! Lots of blisters and sore joints afterwards!! …but we all finished and managed to raise an amazing £2300 for Sue Ryder!
