We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue Collar team at ITS Building People in Southampton, specialising in Warehousing and Industrial recruitment.

🔹 The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage and grow your own Warehousing & Industrial desk, focusing on temporary and contract placements within roles such as warehouse operatives, pickers, packers etc.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
• Developing business opportunities through outbound sales calls, client visits, and networking.
• Attracting and sourcing quality candidates using adverts, social media, and proactive headhunting.
• Working closely with a Resourcer to manage live vacancies efficiently.
• Driving consistent sales activity to meet and exceed revenue targets.

We’re after someone who is:

• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and ambitious.
• Driven and motivated to develop their desk and career.
• Experienced in recruitment (3+ years) – ideally within warehousing or industrial sectors.
• Confident on the phone with excellent communication skills.
• A driver with a full UK licence (essential).
