We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue Collar Construction team at ITS Building People in Southampton, specialising in Fit Out & Interiors recruitment.

🔹 The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage and develop your own Fit Out & Interiors desk, focusing on temporary and contract placements across roles such as carpenters, painters, dryliners, ceiling fixers etc.

Your main duties will include:

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Developing new business opportunities through outbound calls, client meetings, and networking.
• Proactively sourcing skilled candidates using advertising, social media, and headhunting.
• Working with a Resourcer to ensure quality, efficient placements.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales and activity targets.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
• Experienced in recruitment (3+ years) – ideally within construction, interiors, or trades & labour sectors.
• Confident and personable, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-focused and eager to grow their desk and career.
• A driver with a full UK licence (essential).
