ITS Building People in Southampton are a well-established Construction recruitment agency based in the heart of the city centre with over 20 years experience supplying Trades, Labour & Management staff on a Temporary & Permanent basis. As always we are looking to develop our business and therefore we are actively searching for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful White Collar business. We are seeking someone to join the team to run our Freelance Residential desk covering clients and roles across the South. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join an already established team.

What we are looking for:

• Experience within a Recruitment Consultant/Sales position is preferred but not essential
• Happy to look at consultants with either a White or Blue Collar background
• Self driven & Motivated
• Honest and hard working
• Ambition to perform well and develop your own skill set
