We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects across South Wales. Role Purpose To ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and successfully — enhancing customer relationships, supporting project teams, and achieving key business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of construction and civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Manage and motivate project teams to achieve programme, cost, and quality targets.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Oversee compliance with all health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and performance forecasts.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities to maximise project success.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience managing the delivery of construction or civil engineering projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, support, and develop teams.
- Demonstrable experience in managing health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience with risk and opportunity management.
- Commercial awareness and experience working with contract performance forecasts.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, TWC, or Lift Appointed Person).
