The role & about the company: ITS Building People are recruiting on behalf of a leading property development company specializing in high-end residential and premium new build projects. As one of the trusted build partners for the UK’s leading self-build company, they provide turnkey solutions from inception to completion.
They are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multiple development projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in coordinating stakeholders, managing planning applications, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as a central point of contact between site project managers and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, building control, and third-party compliance providers.
  • Manage communication with estate agents, legal teams, and financial institutions.
  • Handle applications and correspondence with local councils and planning authorities.
  • Organize and track progress across multiple development sites, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Attend site meetings, providing logistical and administrative support.
  • Maintain project documentation and monitor compliance with regulations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Report to directors on project status and flag risks or delays.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Confidence working with professionals at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Familiarity with planning processes, building regulations, and development timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRM systems.
  • A proactive approach and ability to take the lead on tasks.
