Office Manager
As an Office Manager, you will work to develop the operations of all parts of the engineering business to ensure its quality of products is matched by its quality of service to its customers.
Organised and able to bring process to a varied working day, you will understand the need to bring all parts of the company to work from the office, to work in unison with the warehouse and production team.
You will have the opportunity to lead the team with tasks to include the introduction of:
- CRM system whilst understand its mutual benefit & relationship to the MRP system and so experience is preferable;
- Stock control – understanding its importance
- Invested in people management, look to motivate others
You will be part of the senior management team to work with suppliers to develop the relationship increasingly into a partnership.
