JOB DESCRIPTION:

CSCS Gate person / Traffic Marshall required for a highly regarded regional house builder.

ITS Building People are looking for an experienced Gate person / Traffic Marshall to assist our client on a busy project based in Banbury. There will be a steady flow of deliveries so we are looking for someone with experience to direct the deliveries to the correct part of the site in Banbury.

Own transport would be beneficial to get round Oxford but public transport is available near this project.

This Gate person / Traffic Marshall contract will be ongoing, with hours being 07:30 – 4:30, Monday – Friday with the possibility of weekend overtime if wanted.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Looking after the entrance to site
  • To have a Traffic Banksman Ticket
  • Completing basic paperwork for each delivery
  • Directing deliveries through site
  • Site Clearance and general tidying in your area of the gate
  • Cabin on site

Requirements for the role:

  • A Valid CSCS
  • A Valid Traffic Banksman Ticket not essential but would be preferred.
  • The ability to perform physical manual labour
  • You will need to have a hard-hat, work boots and HI-Viz vest.
