THE TEAM

Jack Birks: Branch Director
Jack began at ITS in December 2004 as a trainee working for Southampton Director John Bennett. After 9 years, Jack left ITS to pursue pastures new further North. It’s taken a while but earlier this year Jack came to the realisation that something was missing and rejoined ITS as Director of the new branch.

Kenny Plumb: Recruitment Consultant
Kenny has 6 years experience in recruiting white collar construction staff and has already signed ITS Noth West up to 5 PSL’s in his first week.

Ryan Hegg: Recruitment Consultant
Ryan, who previously worked alongside Jack as a Resourcer, is now a Recruitment Consultant in his own right and will be looking after business in the Facilities Management and Engineering sectors in the North West.
