The role & about the client:
 
On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are recruiting for a Assistant Site Manager/ Finishing Manager to join a reputable residential company based in Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the company’s health and safety policy and ensure that it is implemented by all staff.
• Run daily site activities
• Report and liaise with the Project Manager
• Manage subcontractors and specialists onsite
• Record project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure on-site Health and Safety
• Quality Assurance of works

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Proven experience as a Assistant Site Manager/ Finishing Manager 
• Relevant certifications- SMSTS and First Aid 
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working in the residential industry.
