The role & about the client:
 
On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are recruiting for a highly experienced General Foreman to join a reputable regional developer based across Hampshire. Our client has a strong order book and is therefore looking to grow its commercial team. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Lead and manage site teams
• Ensure all work complies with H&S, environmental and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and risk assessments
• Coordinate with Site Manager, Engineers etc to ensure project progress.
• Manage material deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate site record, reports and progress documents.
• Ensure compliance with water industry regulations and specifications. 

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Must have EUSR, SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid
• Preferable but not essential tickets: Confined spaces and temporary works 
• Previous experience as a General Foreman in water treatment works.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills
