The role & about the client:
ITS are currently recruiting for a freelance Working Foreman on a 10-12 week contract starting at the beginning of April. The client is a SME contractor and the project is located around the Portsmouth area. Ideally the perfect candidate would have operated at the working foreman level and comes from a carpentry background working on the tools.
  
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• To ensure that the quality of work meets the highest possible standards at all times.
• Respond swiftly to all high priority situations and resolve them efficiently.
• Apply applicable Health & Safety rules in all you do, using risk assessments, method statements and PPE when needed.
• Be competent working on the tools and use initiative when needed and be confident in taking control of a small team on site. 

Essential Qualifications/ experience required/ specific requirements for the role:

• SMSTS
• 1st Aid
• Carpentry background / experience
