Working Foremen – Location: Kings Lynn

ITS Recruitment Agency are looking for construction working Foreman for the start in Kings Lynn. You will be working for a smaller builder from start to finish on bespoke build in Kings Lynn starting on 6th January 2025.

We need someone with experience in making sure there’s always a high end finish throughout with specific experience as requested by the Contracts Manager with suspended ceiling tiles.

The role of a Working Foreman:

  • Assisting trades on site
  • Making sure the contractors on site for Carpentry, Painting and Decorating, Tilling, Plastering etc are working to the required spec & report back to the Contracts Manager.
  • The CM / PM will over see this with you.
  • Monday to Friday and Saturdays if wanted.

Requirements for the Handy Person:

  • 1st Aid card would be an advantage
  • Must have at least 2 years experience on high end projects
  • Transport is essential
