The role & about the client:
 
On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are searching for an experienced Site Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking main contractor. 
 
They are looking for Site Managers who have experience in Office Fit/Cat B Fit Outs
 
Key Responsibilities

Manage H&S on site/daily audits
Produce daily site reports
Manage subcontractors
Have M&E services knowledge and be able to manage the installation/coordination/process on site
Manage drawing information on site
Review subcontractor RAMS
Report on programme progress
Coordinate many trades on site- M&E/construction and specialist
liaise effectively with project managers
Be client facing
Be able to liaise with the facilities managers on site on an ongoing basis to keep them informed
Interface with project management systems we will have in place

Skills, Experience, Qualifications & Competencies

SMSTS
1st aid
Construction qualifications – ideally NVQ level 6
Experience – 7 yrs minimum  in CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGEMENT
Use Microsoft- Excel/word and project and SharePoint
