The role & about the client:
 
On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are searching for an experienced M&E Services Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking main contractor. 
 

Key Responsibilities
Someone with good knowledge/ability to quality control and the ability to ensure what’s installed is as the drawings are laid out.

Take charge of the full installation through to the commission stage and ensure the correct Commissioning documents are in place.
  
Systems that the applicant must have experience in delivery of:
 
Ventilation
AC/controls
Domestic water
Above ground drainage
BMS
 
Small power
Data
AV
Lighting/controls
Fire alarm
Security and access control

Skills, Experience, Qualifications & Competencies

SMSTS
1st aid
Construction qualifications – ideally NVQ level 6
Experience – 7 yrs minimum in SITE MANAGEMENT
Use Microsoft- Excel/word and project and SharePoint
