Contract Manager
The role & about the client:
On behalf of our client, ITS Building People (Southampton) are searching for a Contracts Manager to join a five star & an award winning house builder to look after 3-4 developments across the Hampshire/Berkshire area. You will be responsible for managing the site teams & will be reporting directly into the Construction Director.
Key Responsibilties:
- To oversee 3/4 developments as well as the site teams
- Be commercially aware as your role will be accountable for proactively controlling the site costs
- Have strong people management skills
- Ensure all health & safety is compliant to the highest standard
Essential Qualifications/ experience required/ specific requirements for the role:
- Residential Experience as a Contracts Manager
- Have knowledge of planning the preliminary costs of sites including pre tender & pre start stages
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card
