Terms & Conditions

The ITS Refer a Friend scheme and the terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. In the event of conflict between this Refer a Friend scheme and the terms and conditions, the terms and conditions shall prevail.

• Excludes candidates currently or previously registered with ITS.
• Excludes candidates either currently working for or previously worked for the ITS group of companies.
• The ITS Refer a Friend scheme applies to blue collar ie. all Labour and Trades.
• Referrals must be made to ITS before or at registration (of the referred candidate) – referrals made at a later stage may not be valid.
• To qualify for the £15 incentive, your referred friend must be referred and placed by ITS in a contract role.
• We can only accept referrals for people already working in the UK, or those who are eligible to work in the UK.
• You will be eligible for the £15 incentive 8 weeks after your referred candidate commences employment through ITS in either a permanent role or a contract role and works a minimum period of 8 weeks.
• Incentives are paid by the ITS weekly payroll BACS system.
• Once your friend successfully completes their qualifying period please contact your local office to receive your reward.
• ITS management decision is final.
